Hey, I’m Porscha, the visionary and founder of the Chosen Legacy Project, and I stand before you as a chosen one—called to empower my community and inspire change. I always knew I was called for a higher purpose. Something that would create a ripple effect in the lives of the people I was called to serve.
As a proud African American and someone deeply rooted in my community, I’ve seen firsthand how systemic barriers have made it nearly impossible for us to build lasting wealth, protect our mental health, nurture our spirituality, and prioritize our overall well-being. Too often, we’re forced to start from scratch every generation because we lack the tools, knowledge, and resources to build a solid foundation for ourselves and future generations. I started the Chosen Legacy Project because I know we can change that—together.
Why I Created the Chosen Legacy Project
The Chosen Legacy Project is about more than just financial planning. It’s about creating a holistic legacy—one that encompasses wealth, health, spirituality, mental well-being, and financial stability. My Why
I started the Chosen Legacy Project because I know what it feels like to struggle—to feel like you’re always starting over, always scrambling to figure it out. I’ve seen my family and my community wrestle with the weight of systemic inequalities and generational trauma. I’ve seen the fear and confusion that comes with not knowing how to protect what you’ve worked so hard to build. And I’ve lived through the mental and emotional toll of trying to carry everything on your own.
But I’ve also seen the power of what happens when we come together, when we learn, when we heal, and when we take action. I believe we are the generation that can rewrite our story. We don’t have to pass down struggle. We don’t have to pass down lack. We can pass down wealth, health, strength, and freedom.
